| Was racing at Lodgewood Park at Ellesmere in Shropshire on saturday, it was a 12hr non-stop race and was scorching hot at the start hitting 32C (hence my red face!) but then the rain came in and got everything totally soaking wet - lots of people dropped out in the bad weather but was first and just kept the pace up so keeping 30mins ahead of the second place. Awesome weekend and very technical, lots of steep downhills, slippy roots and muddy slippy sections. Pics on my fotopic website, more to follow. |
